After years of decline, landmine casualties are on the rise worldwide due to reckless behaviour by states and non-state actors.
The Ottawa Treaty to Ban Landmines was signed by 164 countries, the largest membership of any disarmament agreement in the world.
When it came into force in 1999 the production, sale, stockpiling and use of landmines plummeted. So did casualties.
We cannot turn our back on it now.
Give today. Help remove some of the 110 million landmines already in the ground.
